As a web-based product, SuperForm Tax Forms is continually updated as any changes to any tax forms are identified. There is a Software Version which you can locate from within SuperForm by going to Help > About. This version number will change whenever we update the program.

Saved Data

How do I change the saved documents location?

Answer:

Your data can be saved on your computer or a network drive. To alter the location, select Edit > Preferences > General > Change and browse to the desired location.

How do I create a new client folder?

Answer:

A client folder is created for each profile you create. To create a new profile/client folder select File > New Profiles > using the mouse select the type of profile needed and click OK.

How do I get the information from a profile to transfer to a form?

Answer:

When a form is saved, SuperForm will prompt you to apply a profile. Browse to the needed profile, use the mouse to select the profile and click Open, then Save.

While viewing a form in SuperForm, select Edit > Apply Profile Information then browse to the needed profile, use the mouse to select the profile and click Open.

How do I delete saved documents I no longer want/need?

In SuperForm, select File > Open Saved Documents and Profiles > locate the folder or document you wish to permanently remove, select it with a mouse click and press the delete key on your keyboard.

How can I get a prior year form?

Answer:

In SuperForm, go to File > New Documents > select the year needed from the “Tax Year” drop down menu.
If you need a form from an earlier year than the tax years listed in the menu, contact the SuperForm forms hotline at 800.541.7197.

I can't find the form I need on the service. Now what do I do?
